Funny you should say that- I added up the calories for the whole pot of soup, and it was just over 3000 calories. My estimate is that it made 10 16-20oz servings, making it roughly 300 calories/bowl. Definitely not bad for a creamy soup. The cauliflower replacement helps out a whole lot.

Acquistapaces - Club Sandwich, Meatballs and Chicken and Ramen.
Mi Mama Citas - Large Queso, 4 Soft Beef Tacos
Chipolte - Bean Burrito
1 Quart of chocolate Milk
