McDonald's is also very consistent (and better than Chili's).

Just lost all credibility with that outrageous comment.

Let alone the FACT that Tav labeld it

Most consistant...Chili's

Not the BEST.

Maybe you should learn to read. he said it depends on what you mean by the best, then labelled Chili's as most consistent, thus insinuating that consistency could be a measure for the best.

My point was that if consistency is to be used to determine which is best, the restaurant should be consistently good, which I have made abundantly clear Chili's is not, IMHO. Of course, this is all a matter of taste. That is why I included the IMHO in my first post.

I'm finished with this argument. If you haven't understood it by now, you are perhaps incapable of doing so.

Chili's was consistent last time I was there, but the time before that it wasn't.

I have a customer that I take to lunch once a month and a Chili's is almost next door, he always wants to go there. I guess it's worth the $600-$800 a month in commissions to have to eat at Chili's, but if he slips below $400 I'm out of there.

Best chain? Flemings, I guess.

What part of "depends on what you mean by the best" DONT you understand?

To MANY people in this world their favorite restaurants are those that are consistent. Yet you come on here arguing that McDonalds serves better food than Chilis as your argument. Uhh yea.. Good luck with your food critic career.
