Totally agree. That's a nice touch that tells you that they really care about their beer.

Dirty Monkey in Maui. Unbelievable Bourbon selection. Half the stuff they had wasn’t even on the menu. You just walked around and gazed to see what you wanted. I could easily ran up a rather large tab just sampling
