Which crawcaine is your preference?
I’ve only bought the red one (seafood).
Already been committed for years to Nunu’s or the Holy Gospel rubs for land animals.
Louisiana Love is also another pretty good one for seafood, and if needing something sold more widespread, the orange LA Products can is good for seafood as well.

Bon Caca! Well balanced and the name is fitting IMHO. I keep a half dozen different ones including some homemade blends for different dishes, but the most utilized is by far Bon Caca!

This is my go-to. It's the absolute perfect balance of salt with only 135mg (6%), but still has an awesome flavor profile. It works equally well as a pre-seasoning or an "on the plate" seasoning. I dont mind msg, so I also enjoy using original (white can) Cajun 2 Step, but Buddy's is my go-to.

I recommend Heaven Made Products’ Amazin Cajun
Neither I nor any family member who has tried it finds it too salty. We have completely shifted from Tony’s to this product.

I usually pick up some in the bbq sections at Ace Hardware in the Houston area. Not sure how many this Louisiana transplant supplies, but I have found them in various NE Houston locations. The link also enables shipping. I used that too when I moved out of state.
Notice from the link the owner/seller offers different heat levels.
Give it a shot.

People would be surprised how many cajun/creole, bbq rubs etc , they buy come from a company founded in Birmingham Alabama and now based in Calera Alabama that blends and sends it in big bags to be bottled elsewhere.

This is what I use now. I like it because it has more than just salt and pepper.
