Met this old Vietnameese dude in my doctor's office who was like 92 and was walking better and had more energy than Euro types 30 years younger.......some type of fish daily with vegetables...and a glass of scotch, every day

A steak is the perfect food. The fat in there is about as healthy as it gets. Nearly 50% of the fat is monounsaturated fat.
Steak can be completely absorbed by the body.
