Tigre try grilling a couple of avocados and some corn for a different twist on guacamole or a chunky avocado and grilled corn salsa. Awesome.

good idea. I've done a grilled corn salsa, with grilled limes, but never added avocado. I'll give it a try.

Also, grilled peaches or pineapples with a little ice cream is a great dessert.

Love grilled peaches and pineapples. They both make a great salsa to serve with grilled fish.

I put corn on the cob in foil with lots of black pepper, garlic butter, and parsley, then stick it on the grill for about 30 minutes on low heat

I usually do some kind of veggie such as asparagus, squash, zuchini or eggplant and then throw on some sea scallops.

I love potatoes. Baked potatoes get old, so I try a few new things.

Cube a bag of potatoes. Mix in onions, peppers and mushrooms. Toss with salt, pepper, oil and worcestershire sauce. I also like to add Parmesan cheese. You can wrap this mixture up in foil and put it on grill or bake it in the oven. Can take up to an hour to cook on the grill.

I also bought a $10 food slicer from the grocery. I can shave a potato down to potato chip size, or change attachments and get potato strips. Toss those strips with some salt, pepper and oil - french fries.

I second the portobello mushroom idea.

Get a pack and pull off the stems, so they are flat. I put the bottom of the mushroom face down and pour some olive oil and salt/pepper. Not too much salt, as they are already salty. I flip them over and do the same with the other side. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to cook. Mom came up with this years ago. She put parm cheese on top, but I leave it off.

Also got this idea from someone else. Take a sweet onion and core out the inside a little. Then stuff that with blue cheese and put olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover with foil and grill em. They are good.

Brussel Sprouts--roll them in salt and olive oil. Roast on the grill (in a grill pan works best)until the outside leaves are crispy and the inside is soft.
