A tomato based stew with a bunch of shredded smoked meat and veggies. Poor people food that costs alot of money to make!

Jambalaya, grilled chicken, red beans and rice, Mexican Chicken and Rice, fajitas, Italian chicken pasta, spaghetti, and my favorite: ridiculously over the top sandwiches.

Almost anything.

I don't care for baking. Baking sucks.

Cooking chili tonight using the hind of a deer. First time for deer chili.

I actually rarely cook Vietnamese.

My parents own a restaurant so I guess I've had enough Vietnamese for my lifetime.

Plus I live alone so if I wanted to cook pho or any of the vietnamese soups, it would be a waste. It's much easier to just go out to eat that.

A litle old Viet Namese nieghbor used to bring little treats to me. The pepper sauce that came with some was a bit blistering to the mouth. She was the only person that I have known to get banana plants to produce fruit.

I like to cook Thai, but I only know how to do three dishes. Thai curry (which can vary greatly by the protein and veg choices), tom kha gai, and larb.

I like making scones.. that's all i ever wanted to try and bake. I would fail miserably at baking and icing a cake.

Can you give us a sauce recipe? I mean since the grandparents were oily bohunks. I, being a Southerner, need a good Italian red sauce recipe.
