Have you tried balut? It's surprisingly good. I braced myself for the worst on the first bite but it had (obviously) the great taste of a duck egg. Some people probably couldn't get past the fetus though.
Lengua, Heart, Sweetbreads or any offal for that matter, someone mentioned Ankimo which is monkfish liver, Blood and Tongue sausage, Sülze, Pig Trotters, Chicken feet, Fish eyeballs (these ironically were reserved for VIP customers, served in Osuimono soup in an Asian restaurant I worked at), fish sauce, crisped fish fins or tails, Snails, Amaebi which is raw shrimp tails served with the fried heads.
In the North we had Cannibal Sandwiches, featuring raw ground beef on mini salted rye bread slices, topped with cracked pepper and raw onion.

Shame people who dont like a good COLD raw oyster.
There is almost nothing better than a nice cold raw oyster (especially kumamotos) with a fresh made mignonette sauce.

This is pretty much "Mett" from Germany, although they usually use pork instead of beef. When I lived there one of the Metzgereis around the corner from my apartment made it fresh every day. Was amazing.

Straight Mayo on saltines. I could easily do that mayo challenge that Tony did on the Challenge last season

Y'all got some some strange shite on here. I came to post vienna sausage and potted meat but damn...that doesn't hold a candle to dead baby duck fetus.
