Baton Rouge had a gem of a restaurant in Montana's on Coursey. The Bandeja Paisa was easily my favorite dish in the city.

Nola had Mais Arepas which is good. There is also a popup, La Monita, but she is going back to the Northeast for a bit. She has plans to startup again next summer doing popups.

My pawpaw used to tell that joke 30 years ago. I guess the Food Board trolls aren't as clever as the OT trolls.
