Bought some chuck eye steaks. Gonna grill those and eat with some asparagus and Wayne's bakery pistolets.

funny.

thats in tyler....probably comin up later this week...im in lufkin again. options are limited to ralph-n-kacoos, outback, olive garden, red lobster, cheddars, chilis, bbq, mexican, fast food. probably goin to outback so i can watch strausburg vs the bravos.

i cooked some brown rice.

pan fried some chicken. then threw in some onions and red bell peppers. mixed it all in a bowl with some tomato sauce. put some cheese on top

I had a toasted tuna salad sandwich with cheddar cheese, but still felt a little rumble so i fried a single egg over easy and topped it with a diced jalapeno and a sprinkle of reduced fat mozzarella.

I don't know if that counts as dinner or not. I may have some kind of soy milk shake later or another meal. I do have some red beans in the freezer ...

I had about half a watermelon sprinkled with kosher salt with my daughter sitting in the rockers on the front porch spitting seeds with watermelon juice running down our chins and two big glasses of sweet iced tea with lemons sliced in them.

In about five minutes we'll be sitting back out there eating Bluebell Vanilla since it is cooling off.

What'd you do mix your Fixodent with super glue? or are you going to gum it to death?

naw, put it all in the food processor, pour ketchup in, pulse for 25-30 minutes,,, mmmmmm good.. Nurse said I could half of a cigar tonight, as long as I don't wet the bed..
