My husband grilled steaks. Asparagus and baked potato to go with.

Salmon patties, dill tarter, carrots, and potatoes. Some had some regular blackened salmon types.

I might need to make a burger with some donuts now doe!

Cooked down some onion, green bell, garlic. Ran the raw salmon through my grinder on a corse plate. Mixed with panko, egg, Salt, onion, garlic, pepper, smoked paprika. Pressed in more panko and into a butter bath.

Speaking of panko, I noticed my local Costco carries a pork panko. You ever tried that? First time I had ever noticed a pork panko.

I have not seen such a thing.

I have been around when cracklings from a local Laffy place has been grounded up and used to make some redfish boulets down on da island. Would be nice to have something like that in a jar tho

My pot was to full to get my Italian sausage in. After we ate, I browned it off and got it in the pot. :)

I’ve used it on baked fish and zucchini fries. I like it!
