Had some Crawfish etouffee and shrimp poboy from Angeline’s Louisiana Kitchen. street dinning here in Berkeley a block from UC on Shattuck Ave. It’s an unusually hot 83°

Chili Based Keto Soup

Ground beef, chili powder, cumin, garlic, black pepper, Cabbage, a little carrot, some celery, some onion Green Beans, some crushed tomato. No recipe, just dumped Keto friendly stuff. Had a bowl for lunch and a leftover bowl for dinner.

Edit - Looks like they’re about the same though. I didn’t want a recipe with actual watery canned tomatoes or tomato sauce, which an odd number of them did.
