Scallops, Lebanese almond rice and hollandaise. Cayenne and habanero for a little heat. Was excellent, but then again, seared scallops are pretty awesome.

Deconstructed cabbage wraps. The leaves kept tearing, so I just chopped it up and threw it in a pot with some rice, Greek Seasoning and Sam’s chicken.



Needs a little work, but I couldn’t come up with a sauce with what I had in the house, so I just did without

As far as I'm concerned, you can never go wrong with some good wings. Add some crispy onion rings,and it's a great meal anytime
