Im not sure which part of the meal your pic is referring to. Care to explain?
Sure. I was referring to the combination of this:
Beef Merlot with Broccoli ( TV Dinner )
Can of sardines
2 Boiled Eggs

I think you may have health issues.

To be fair, sardines and boiled eggs smell horrendous well before they even hit your mouth.

Them fries look nice and curly.
Cooking down some eggplant with onions and peppers and smoke seasoning... probably will end up to be a soup, if not, paired with rice

That looks delicious. What cut of beef?

Filet from Costco. It's really good.

Oh, and your meal looks pretty damn delicious!

I love Costco’s beef... their choice ribeye and tenderloin is as good or better than rouses prime.. and less than half the price.

He is insinuating that the meal would cause bowel issues.

I know what he’s insinuating. And those two items are rank before they even come out the other end - even if yum.

How did your Sauce Piquant turn out?

I disagree unless you are talking rotten eggs or rotten sardines. Bolied eggs don't really smell like anything when they are straight out of the fridge. I guess if you left them in your hot car they may get smelly.

Man, my coworker eats them before I get to work and I’m always knocked out by the smell.
If it helps, I think it’s a good stink. I love boiled eggs
CJ - it was fantastic. That’s a good dish. Guess I’ve been missing out. Followed Prudhomme recipe perfectly since I’ve never made it, and it was great. I did toss in an extra knob of butter at the end before serving, but that’s only extra goodness. No significant changes.

Very happy to hear that. Hopefully you break out that dish more often.
