Thanks for the birthday wishes, folks! It was a good day and my family evidently plan on keeping me cooking. Bought me a table/ cart for my pizza oven, a Cambro hot food storage box and a set of different sized scoops. The last time that I made hush puppies, I decided a one handed scoop would be more efficient than the two spoon method that I’ve done for years. Apparently, my scoop was too big, so my son bought these new scoops in an effort to have me produce an appropriately sized hush puppy. :)
