Pork egg rolls. I made these for the first time on Saturday and had leftover filling so I tried again today. The filling keeps falling out, so it still needs work. I used an egg roll in a bowl recipe and Cutdacarb flatbread for the wrappers. The sauce is G Hughes Sweet Chili Sauce (sugar free).

Its a frankensteined combo of a few different recipes from the infamous chili thread and Kenji's recipe in his book (Kenji is a go to for me when it comes to technique).
This was my first time ever to make true red chili, so I won't pose to be an expert. But I was extremely pleased with the result.
