Tuna salad on rye with chips, and a take on Caprese with cherry tomatoes and basil from the container garden, mozzarella pearls, cukes, balsamic.

Mayo, minced onion, sweet pickle relish, dry ranch dressing mix, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, black pepper, sugar and a little cold water. I don’t know how much of anything. I add the Mayo, onion and relish until I like the look and then a little of the others, a bit at a time until it tastes like I want it. The water is just to thin it out if needed.
