Make it soon!
Brown:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 diced onion
Minced garlic
Add:
32 oz chicken stock
14.5 oz crushed tomatoes
2 to 3 Tbs tomato paste
After that has simmered at least 20 min or so, add:
9 oz package of cheese tortellini
Baby spinach (I used 1/2 bag)
1 cup heavy cream
Low simmer until tortellini is done. Oh, and add seasoning as you go.
