Well it was cooked with a fancy probe inserted in the middle which relayed the internal temp to my phone. A temp that registered “rare” by all accredited standards, then allowed to rest and be sliced to what revealed to be a cool red center. So the fault either lies with my iPhone camera, or your understanding of steak doneness. Not that I care. It made for a fine steak fajita.
