I wanted comfort food so I'm whipping up an old childhood favorite...Kraft Mac 'n Cheese with a side of green peas.

Vodka waters. Those were not part of my childhood meals.

Simple. Takes some time, and you'll still end up pan searing it for a crust

When I saw the picture I thought you drizzled kitchen bouquet on top of perfectly cooked tenderloin and was thinking wtf?

Balsamic reduction makes a lot more sense
