NY strips, roasted asparagus and a salad. With a cocktail, then Petite Petite Syrah and another Tiger victory for dessert.

Sausage, cooked with peppers and onions with yellow mustard on a bun.

Looks like the Baseball Dogs will sweep some small school team from Ohio in their first weekend at the now completed Dudy Noble Field

Ron Polk came to the opening, dressed in Maroon with a MSU tie. I wonder if he sort of forgives us now for hiring Cohen.

I made mdawgs Etouffe. It was pretty dang tasty if I say so myself. The color wasn’t what I have traditionally been used to but the flavor was great.

whole foods had carlsbad blondes on sale for $1 each. I just polished off 2 dozen if these little guys and could do another 2 dozen if they were in front of me.

First time making pizzas on the primo. My wife made some dough and a sauce. We had all kinds of choices for toppings. We had some family over and everybody made their own personal pizza. I think the final count was 16 pizzas that I cooked. They turned out great. I probably should have taken some pictures. We will definitely be doing it again

Looks pretty good to me! If you want it a little red, add a teaspoon (no more) of tomato paste next time. We don't do that, but it adds color and tomato flavor if you are looking for that.

As for me, I think it looks perfect.
