I grilled a couple of Center cut pork chops and three chicken breasts on the egg earlier. They will be complimented with kernel corn, green beans, and a Caesar salad.

I’m enjoying a few Spotted Cow ales this evening.

Acorn squash

Mixture of collard, mustard and turnip greens

Spicy Popeye's Chicken*

*My GF picked up the chicken at the drive through window - she's from Oklahoma and didn't know to check the order before driving off. They forgot the red beans and rice!!!

Low carbing?

Yes I am. I would like to get back to fighting weight. I feel a lot better when I am lighter than I am now. Right now 209 @ 6'3", so I need to get down to maybe 180, which is what I weighed when I got out of basic (many-many-many years ago) At that time, I was a lean, mean, killing machine.

Sort of dumb to try to do it during the holiday season, and if I am able to get to where I want to be, it won't be until sometime in maybe February or March.

Gives me something to do and I have a smart nutritionist wife to help me with a custom diet developed around my likes, and maybe 4 doctors rooting for me (Cardiologist plumber, Cardiologist electrician, Internist, Warfarin Doctor.

My Dentist could care less.

How much less could he care?

Sorry I just got back from the OT.

6’3” 180 you could turn sideways and look like a thermometer.
