Wild caught Alaskan glazed salmon, some romaine with balsamic vinegar and green goddess dressing

It's not done yet, but eye of round roast and gravy, probably wth mashed potatoes and carrots

Have a rack of spareribs in the oven, going to sauce and broil in about 30 minutes.
Going with some white beans and corn.

2” bone in ribeye that I a going to sous vide. I will have some asparagus with blue cheese butter with it.

took some iverstine pork chops out the freezer I forgot I had
2” thick and beautiful

seared and roasted and made a sauce of lemon, butter, mushrooms artichoke hearts and vermouth. Roasted sweet potatoes and salad on the side

I’m pretty impressed with myself right now

Been destroying some Blue Apron lately. Tonight was a Tuscan spiced pork roast, apple pan sauce, over a bed of risotto with kale.

I love the convenience.
