Working out of the home office so some pork ribs at 240 for 4 hours, smoked sausage and some beef sausage

Spicy tenders from Church’s. First time I’ve eaten from there in probably 10 years and it was solid.

That’s the only one I haven’t tried because it’s always sold out. I like your idea about adding the chicken.
