We just substituted the rub in the recipe with Dizzy Pig Raging River and substituted Sweet Baby Rays for the sauce because we couldn't find it.

A very simplified panzanella salad: homemade fat croutons tossed w/chopped fresh tomatoes, basil, splash of EVOO, salt. Delicious, but damn, fresh tomatoes = reflux. Pantoprazole, here I come.

We had a family afternoon at my FIL’s. Junior and I pulled a dozen nice size catfish from the pond and threw them in the grease with all the fixins.
