Stopped by Calandro’s and picked up crab stuffed catfish. Baked sweet potato and roasted sprouts to go with the fish

Salad with rotisserie chicken mixed with veggie rotini pasta. Briennas french vinegerette dressing on top. Little pepper and shredded parm on top.

I know I'm going to catch hell on this board from all y'all baws, but I love this "Prawns in Creole Sauce" from the old "Joy of Cooking" cookbook. This shite is good.

(cubed andouille, shrimp, trinity, red pepper, garlic, fish stock, dry sherry, tom paste, crushed tom, thyme, bay, hot pepper sauce)
