Nachos

I've made them before with the provolone "nacho" chips, but this time I didn't overdo the toppings, therefore these are better than usual. They don't stay crisp if you overdo.

About to throw some blue cheese stuffed burgers on the grill. That's just over 2lbs of meat.

Provolone cheese:

On parchment paper:

Four pieces (I just fold in half, tear, fold each half in half, tear.)

My microwave drawer doesn't have a turntable, so this is after 45 seconds:

After 45 seconds, I turn the parchment paper 1/4 turn, and this is after the second 45 seconds:

Let them cool before topping:

I put them on a plate, topped with some heated leftover taco meat, a little cheese. Microwaved less than one minute. Then topped with diced jalapeno, sour cream, store bought pico.

Use whatever toppings you like, but I've tried crowding a bunch of them on a plate and piling on the toppings and it didn't come out as good.
