Made a rice and gravy with half a pork butt stuffed with sausage
Got some fresh picked green beans and cabbage this morning and smothered them with sausage
Black eyed peas cooked with sausage
What? Sausage was the secret ingredient today.
Also, my potato wasn't taking very good pictures.

Nate thats a meal I could dig.
Im n San Antonio for work... at 18 Oaks Steakhouse. They brought me housemade jerky & pickles when I declined the bread and butter.
Ordered a bone in ribeye and carmelized brussel sprouts. They havent arrived yet. Enjoyin a Swift “Abstract”

Waiter dropped me a double cut bacon atop an apple butter w honey glaze. Im no fan of sweet dishes unless its dessert, but this is really good. Even for a monjunis red sauce hater.

- Chimmi, “Steak” Sauce (inhouse A1) , Horserad Creama
-Blue Cheese Steak Topping, Bernaise, Au Poiv

Not gonna lie... most hotel/resort restrnts disappoint... and maybe I got their best because the place wasnt busy... but man. Great meal.
