I was pretty sure I knew what this was, but in light of the recent gumbo or stew sauce controversies followed by a visit to today's What's for lunch string on OT-Lounge, I am no longer sure. It might be Smothered Chicken, or maybe Pot Pie Soup, or even gumbo, but I think not. You guys can decide.
Oh, to keep the count from laying awake all night in anguished uncertainty I need to say that the red stuff is Red Bell Pepper, because I do know.

Looks kind of like Chicken Sauce Piquante, but I usually add jalapenos to that.

Leftover stuffed peppers and salad. My lab had a long day at the vet today so i cooked him up a cheap sirloin. He's loving life right now

The steaks I bought at Costco came three to the pack, so I'm dining on the third grilled steak from last night, with leftover okra. My husband is having leftover sloppy joes.

Getting home from Christmas dinner at the Nursing Home visiting a retired priest friend of mine. Chicken fettuccine, salad and garlic bread. Nothing like old folks home food.
