I'd planned on fish tacos, forgetting that I bought some fundraiser tickets for boiled crawfish. So, boiled crawfish.

Darla, it's a MUST make!! I followed the recipe nearly exactly. Only changes were that I used 2 zucchini, and a mix of provolone & mozzarella instead of just mozz. I seasoned the meat with garlic & onion powder while browning, and used the tomato & basil Rao's. I love pasta, and this is somehow even tastier than traditional. Looks like a big mess, but it's so good.

Awesome, thanks! I see Rao being mentioned by a lot of people, but I haven't seen it at the grocery store. Where do you get it?

Yes, I actually checked his page earlier today because I hadn't seen him here. He posted yesterday morning.

Target! It's kind of ridiculously expensive for a jar of sauce ($8.95ish), but I'm sold. This was my first time using it.

I'm not sure if this is an innuendo or not, but I concur. This stuff put me in a good mood tonight.
