Seems like OTIS is late.

A few Beers during the LSU game.....then...

Lame tonight....one of those bagged Asian salads w/cashews from costco, frozen potstickers, panfried. Long azz tiring day at work. At least it's not chips and dip.....

Another vegan meal by Purple Carrot (kinda like Blue Apron except for vegans). Shell pasta, red peppers, chopped olives and a faux parmesan cheese. Actually pretty tasty.

Bayou Roux in Ouchita Parish, between Sterlington and Mecca. Gambino bread, dressed, oysters crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, house made fries...$10. Great value.
