Experimenting with a crock pot I recently purchased. Chicken stock, about 20 legs, little yellow potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, a lot of garlic, a lot of Tony's, a few sprigs of rosemary, juice of one lemon, juice of one orange, a little red wine vinegar, a stick of butter and a cup of brown sugar BBQ sauce. A kinds of stuff in there.

NY strip. Brussels with bacon. Will probably only eat half of the steak.

Thanks, I think they appreciated it. They even invited some other neighbors who also flooded to enjoy the meal. On Saturday, I took them sandwiches, cookies, etc. I'm so lucky that we didn't have any flooding!

That looks like a fabulously exotic meal.
Do you mind if I cast a well deserved up vote for you?
