Cornbread would be SO good with this soup, but I'm avoiding things like that. I was making cornbread over the holidays and was out of milk, so I used what I had on hand, whipping cream. OMG, that was a delicious accident.

FWIW Dawg I do eat that many tacos. There is a taco truck in my neighborhood and I eat there a lot. It's quick, easy, and delicious. The avocado fries are one of the best things I've ever had off of a food truck. In addition to that I always keep a pack of tortillas in the fridge. They have this brand down here, Hola Nola, that are made in P-Ville. I'm addicted to them. Its just too easy to grab a protein and stick it in these delicious little tortillas. I highly recommend all of the Hola Nola products. The chips and taco seasonings are also top notch.
