Leftover shrimp and vegetable stir fry that I cranked up with a red Viet or Thai chili paste. Damn good and damn hot.

Chicken fried rice. However, everyone ate it all before I got a bite. I guess it was good.

Cereal for me I guess.

Cubed up a beef shoulder roast & some smoked sausage, browned that with onions-made a beautiful rusty brown gravy. Eating that over some med grain rice with baby Lima beans cooked with a smoked ham hock & a big ol glass of milk. Nom Nom

That sounds, well..., interesting, I guess. I've never had a tractor shed get together tamale. How big is that tamale and how do you get the cornmeal around the crawfish stew?

Debating between veggie beef soup and gumbo from the freezer and gem lettuce salad.
