Burgers grilled over pecan, on a fresh onion roll with mayo, lettuce,mustard, red onion and some spicy sweet pickle slices. Maybe a grilled brat for dessert.

Pops gave my a bunch of bass abd white perch fillets. Plan on frying them with some okra and tomaters and some speckled butter beans. But I just got a text from a dr buddy who's berling a mess of crabs. One or da other.

Just had a mess of fried pickles and wings. I have a feeling the appetite will kick in around 10 or so, so probably taco truck.
