Pittsburgh style ribeyes, picked some shitake mushrooms up on the cheap (don´t think they´re worth market value).

Sautéed the shitakes in sherry vinegar and soy sauce. Wasn´t worried about screwing up (they were cheap, and I had some chumichurri, just in case).

They came out spectacular, and had to throw the nearly month old chumichurri away.

Ah, diced baby peppers, sweet onions, in olive oil and a splash of pomegranate balsámico, plus garlic bread, accompanied the red meat and shrooms.

A dissapointing Chilean cabernet washed it down.
