Getting something from the hot food express a little later. Will be the first and only thing I ate/eat today so I want it to be somewhat healthy.

I tried something new and it turned out great. Blackened chicken breasts. Tried them before inside and the smoke was too much.
So, I lit up a lot of coals on the BBQ pit and put the highly seasoned chicken on my aluminum fish grilling pan (hard to describe since they don't exist anymore).
Cut the 2 breasts in half = four and they turned out great. Three minutes, flip over, then three more minutes.
Only problem... my almum pan has burn stains and I can't seem to scrub them out.
Anybody got any cleaning ideas for baked on carbon?

I use oven cleaner to clean cookie sheets and other pans that get gross over time. Might work.

It was good, but I'm tired-
Going to bed early, like an old person should.

Zach, my overwinter jalapeno plants dont seem to be coming back. About 12 just sitting there looking dead after three weeks or so out in the sun. Ughh

Catfish filets baked with broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and cheery tomatoes. Rice and garlic bread. Reece eggs for dessert.

2nd on the oven cleaner. Works well, just open the windows or spray them down outside.

Give them plant food and compost, if you have them. If they don't respond, time to start over.
