We got a heat wave in Shreveport. I moved my tomato and bell pepper plantings from the garage to the deck.

Will take them into the garage when we have a freeze.
Still over wintering the jalapenos.

Fired up the old BBQ pit for the last time. Will cook burgers for Lucy. The the pit is rotting. Gonna have to get a new one in March.

speaking of red wine. finally used my wine chiller last night on some pinot noir. it chilled it to 59 degrees. seemed a little too cold.

any of yall use chillers or do you just drink them at room temp?

im guessing room temp on mine is 70-73. 64-65 seems like it would be ideal. fwiw i dont drink wine a lot

A couple of bottles of a 16.00-20.00 Malbec is what I would look for.
