Wife's birthday so we had steaks, crab cakes, baked potatoes, brussel sprouts and a cucumber salad.
I cooked a ribeye I picked up from Sagrera Farms and I gotta say it was fantastic.

Great dinner at Bottega here in Birmingham. I ate a little too much but it was so good.
Started with a half dozen Dukes of Topsail oysters on the half shell. First time I’ve had those I’m almost certain. Loved them. Some type of bitter N/A Italian aperitif.
First course of Manchester Farms Quail with bratwurst, fig relish, charred red onion.
Entree of North Carolina Flounder
gulf lump crabmeat, field peas, sweet corn, jambalaya okra.
Carrot cake and cappuccino for dessert.
