Those are smashed potatoes.....boil small potatoes until semi soft, drain, Place on oiled cookie sheet, smush with a spatula, sprinkle with oil, bake at 450 for about 30 minutes. Salt and pepper......good shite

That's the jackfruit.....breaded and baked at 450 til toasted
