This morning there was a lonely head of cabbage sitting on the counter wondering what would become of it. I decided it would make for a nice side dish to go with fried fish this evening. and so it became.
I cleaned/strained the oil in my fryer this morning and decided it was good enough for one more fry.
Started off with frying the fries.
Enjoyed a couple of 2 or 3 or 6 refreshing Limoncello Spritz's while preparing to and during the cooking this evening.
One of the batches of fish fried this evening.
Ready to eat! Had a couple of homemade sauce along with ketchup for the fries.
Between snacking while cooking and eating dinner I think I've eatin too much fish today. Lol......
The cole slaw had a nice bite to it with the sweet jalapeno relish I added to it.
Great meal!!!
