Have some leftover roasted pork.
Thinking about stopping at the store on way home from work to get tortillas and pepperjack cheese and making quesadillas. Thats the plan as of now at least.

Was lazy, brought my wife out to Millside, in Ponchatoula, for supper. I had a hamburger steak, took a picture of the half of a catfish poboy that she brought home. :)
