Water and gelatin based pasta (0 calories, no carbs 2 servings), with homemade pesto, cucumber caponata & oven ash dusted, leftover chicken. Seriously, good easy, low carb, super cheap makes, at least 3 meals for us.

plugged in the instant pot and browned a chuck roast, 735
rough chopped onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, celery, into the appliance 745
deglazed the pan, dropped the roast, added some stock and woosh 750

Stopped by the new Tin Top in Bon Secour. Had Fried green tomatoes with crawfish cream sauce and Navy Cove Oysters.

It makes the chicken, so smooth and good. Chicken is one of the toughest, meats. It also makes the pesto taste, less Italian because, I hate Italian food.
