Looks delicious. Have you ever thought about subbing tofu for paneer cheese (Indian, vegetarian and doesn't melt)? We had palak paneer.

Eggplant, Italian sausage, ground beef, trinity, garlic, Gulf shrimp, LC bread crumbs, more like very rustic croutons, I guess.



Came out great, but yesterday’s mirliton casserole might’ve been better. Mirliton might have to be on the holiday table this year.

TY, not for Chinese but I did pick up a new mini tub of red curry paste and that is a good reminder.
