Tortilla pizza leftovers from lunch. Hot Italian sausage, red onion, ricotta, and mozzarella on low carb tortilla.

Do you eat low carb for keto weight loss or do you just enjoy it?

I went to Costco today and can’t decide which type of the 30 lbs of meat to cook. Thinking tacos with the top sirloin.

I enjoy it, and I try not to look at it as a diet, but just the way I eat. Over the last year my goal was to lose weight that I gained during the pandemic when I was eating all the carbs. I’ve done it, but there is more to do.

Feel like shite due to allergies and so does my son.

Wife took our daughter and her boyfriend out to eat for their one year anniversary.

TideSaint Jr. and I picked up Philly cheesesteaks from a local joint.

I'm on the BRAT diet to help with my IBS (bananas, rice, applesauce and toast).

Sounds worse than being an Auburn fan, lol

My wife has had to do crazy stuff like that. She has issues with carbs, dairy, some fruit and more. Hopefully the BRAT thing is short term.

Tomato soup with grilled ham and cheese. Tasted good after moving cattle all day out in the cold rain.
