Chili with saltine crackers, sour cream and bananna pudding.

I had forgotten how good saltine crackers are in chili. Haven't crumbled them into chili in probably 20 years.

That's the only way I ever ate chili until recently. Now I'll venture out and eat with Frito's some because my husband prefers that. But saltines are my fave.

We went to Punjabi in Hammond. I had lamb curry, the two little kids had coconut chicken, and husband had chicken vindaloo

Got a chicken plate from The Shed. Needless to say, I don’t have to go back cause they messed up my order. Got it to go and, after getting home, discovered I had been given collard greens and mac & cheese. I had ordered collards and sweet potato casserole. To top it off, I was charged for pulled pork instead of chicken (pulled pork plate is just slightly more). The chicken was good but the collard greens were over seasoned. I don’t care for mac & cheese so I didn’t eat them.
