Pineapple soy glazed grilled salmon. Cilantro lime rice and a sweet potato. Asparagus. First one is the pretty plate for my wife. The second plate is a 16oz. Salmon steak for the fat boy.

Went out for lunch. Had a poboy, which was very good. Had shrimp salads for supper, with homemade 1000 Island. :)

Grandma?

Salmon, sauteed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes -- ordered out.

Busy week as usual and wife needs at least one day off from the kitchen, sometimes two.
