They're my dude's favorite, and his parents gifted us with some beautiful gulf shrimp so it seemed like the obvious choice. Came out amazing and I'm stuffed.

Sure! I actually got the original recipe I use from here on the F&D board, I've tweaked it to my liking.
Here is the basis.
I usually use equal parts shrimp stock and chicken stock, otherwise I find the shrimp/crab boil flavor kind of overpowers the beans. You can do as much or as little of each as you'd like.
I have also never used tasso (I was living in Boston when I first starting making this and tasso was not available, obviously), but I double the amount of sausage instead.
I generally don't use frozen trinity, but that's mainly just because I usually have the stuff on hand to just chop it up myself.
I toss a little white pepper and cayenne in along with the regular S&P.
Easy and delicious!

Sorry for the delay, I am new to this posting thing. I usually look up several recipes and use a mixture of them using what I like. The basic recipe is one can Salmon, 1 cup bread crumbs, finely chopped onion and a bit of celery. season as desired then mix and make the patties. I deep fried mine but frying in a 1/4 oil then flipping works. I hope you enjoy them.
