Pizza - Detroit style in a round deep-dish pan. Pepperoni, salumi de parma, red onion, bell pepper, mushroom. Asiago and fresh mozzarella, thick red sauce.

It was a good effort. The crust was on point. Wanted something different than my normal, and couldn't decide between Chicago or Detroit, so I made a Detroit in a Chicago pan.
