Made an Au Jus that took about 9 hours total.

Desert- apple turnovers made with Filo dough. In oven now.

Earlier today. Threw a bone in turkey breast on the offset, a ham in the oven, thawed out some chicken and sausage gumbo, cooked a pot of red beans, rice, some baked beans, corn bread dressing, gravy, potato salad, green salad and rolls. Assorted pies for dessert. Not a lot of pictures because I was busy and not everything was shown on my plate because I couldn’t eat everything. I got them fed. Merry Christmas, folks! ?? ??

Them some nice full oysters, baw. 
We had a mixed bag of home-cooking, plus some Bobby and Dot Catering (Le Bon Mange) goodies. Can never go wrong with them.
